The hotel advertises that is english speaking; however, I didn't encounter an english speaking staff member. I arrived just before 10pm in a blizzard and the building was locked up and dark. Took 2 attempts to rouse the manager and convince her to let me in even though they advertise a 10pm closing time... Not cool
