Clinically clean, competent, friendly, speak good English. Lots of services unavailable in most of the three star hotels eg laundry - this place is simply excellent, the best place in Zielona Góra. Mind you - it's not a hotel, so the rooms are not big and it's not all leather and polished steel kind of thing - bit it is really, really good. And the breakfast is very decent, and they will find a corkscrew for you. And so on, and so on.
