I´ve been here three times and the quality of food and service was always very good - if not…read moreexcellent. Prices are higher level too but here you get what you expect for the more money spent. The menu offers a variety of steaks, local dishes and also vegetarian food. The prices are above average - so the quality and the service is. We had braised pork shoulder with potato dumplings served in dark gravy. It was served with a salad as side dish. The other time we had Nuernberg grilled sausages and Steak. Utmost delicious. The only downside is the parking lot situation which is really bad. So be aware to either have a short walk or try to use the bus (which might be difficult). When sitting outside, be aware that this location is not far away from the Nuernberg Airport - so sometimes planes will fly by and it might get a little louder. So here´s my ranking - as always from 0-10 (whereas 10 is best). Make sure to try some of the appetizers featuring Nurnberg sausages before going onto the mains. For the mains, I've had their braised pork shoulder, which was stellar, and beef tenderloin, which was very good. I was told by my local colleagues at one of the dinners that the braised pork shoulder is as good as it gets in Franconia. Definitely recommended.
