I have used this company for the past 2 years and have never had an issue with them until this last order. I phoned and placed an order on 1/2/15 when I was at 30% as I was instructed to do. I told them I would be home that day but would be returning to work the next week so if the delivery was going to be after that day, they would need to contact me at my work phone because I have a Doberman that needs to be put up. On 1/6/15, the driver left a message on my home phone that he was trying to deliver; no prior notice, no return phone number. I contacted the company again and gave them all my numbers to contact and advised they needed to notify me the day prior to a delivery. I was told they had 10 days to deliver and I was not at the critical stage; my delivery would probably be the following Monday. On 1/14, driver again called my home phone trying to deliver; again, no prior notice, no return phone number. I called and spoke to the office and again gave them my numbers and requested a return phone call from the office manager. Today is 1/15/15, and I had to contact the customer call center, whom I might add was very pleasant. After speaking with them, two voicemails were left at my work phone on my boss' voicemail -- one from the driver and one from the office manager, Shanna or Shannon. If you could have heard the message I was left (as my boss did), you would be amazed. My boss stated that "was great customer service" in a very sarcastic tone. He also stated it was a wonder she had any customers at all with that kind of attitude. Needless to say, I was furious and called her back. She was RUDE at best and that was an understatement. I admit I was definitely pissed at this point and was none too nice but I never cussed her. She basically said I had not left any additional phone numbers to contact and that I did not return phone calls to the driver. Hard to return a phone call when no number is left to call! At this point, I have to take a day off work for this delivery to take place. Absolutely ridiculous!! After this delivery (assuming I actually get it), I will be looking at other options for my gas service, especially if I have to deal with Shanna or Shannon. If she is their best option for an office manager, then they are in deep trouble!! My advice is to use another company......any other company.Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.
