Please don't miss understand the high rating! These people need to be tared and feathered! They charged me $920.00 for a break job, listed what was suppose to have been done. The only thing they did do was put new pads on. Claimed they put in new rotors new calipers... They put in use calipers and left my rotors because they were still in new condition. I get home 4 months later to find out the front U joints were bad, and the mechanic informed me that the calipers were bad and show them to me and he did not believe me when i told him that they were just replaced. and the old women in front office was very crude an flirting with the younger help using very vulger terms. . Do not go their. Brought my truck their for a clutch. Got it back almost 3 months later. Charged me for a clutch pedal and a master cylinder that they did not install and stole my tailgate and my grill and replaced them with broken damaged parts. I'm pretty sure they stole more parts and I haven't figured it out yet. read more

Had some front end work done, paid a lot and after I drove off the "Master Technician" didn't tighten the lug nuts on the passenger side. Well turns out after you shear 4 of the 6 studs a truck can't go very far. When I called to let them know the bind I was in, mind you I had just dropped $500+ for this work, I was asked what I wanted them to do about it! I talked to the lady that has the bull ring in her nose that looks like something from a Mad Max film and has an attitude like Weezer from Steel Magnolias. That is about as far as that went. Needless to say, another $300 to fix their screw up and I am still unable to drive the truck! Thanks a lot Amateur Alley! This place is AWEFUL! Do not take your car here to get worked on! Got a heater core replaced and now they cracked my dash, my gear shift is stuck in drive, the ac won't blow out the vents, my horn won't work it just makes my Mph and oil shoot sticks shoot up and worst of all my freakin car won't start it'll crank just not start! I've had hell with this people especially the smart ass they call an owner! I cannot believe this place is still in business they are CROOKS!! It cost $540 to replace my heater core in my 99 Lincoln and now I have about 3 grand more worth of problems! They did lend us a trailer to go get the car that stranded me in Odessa but on the way back to Kermit I had not one but two blowouts due to the condition of the trailer. Needless to say they had to pick up the car off the side of the road cause there was no way for me to get it back to gasoline alley! I really hope they fix my car cause that'll just show what kind of messed up people they are!! read more
