I asked some questions and they were very helpful, including giving me 10% off for it being my first visit. I was slightly skeptical because it's marketed as "healthy food," so I was worried it would be bland. I picked up chicken enchiladas, teriyaki beef bowl, and a salmon meal. They were all absolutely fantastic. Needed no extra salt or seasoning. And despite the portions looking "small," they were crazy filling. I came back today and picking up a sausage burrito and yogurt parfait. Low and behold they don't actually open until 10! And it was about 9:30, the gentleman that was working was happily helping the two other customers in there and myself. So I'm very impressed. Brought the food to work and I'm just dumbfounded with how delicious it was. The prices seem a little high, but the food is fantastic. Not something I can afford every day, but definitely once in a while.

However, once she placed her order, it was another 50 minutes before she got her food!!! If this was the first time these folks had cooked in their truck I could understand it. This was going to be a big crowd - they had to know that. If you are running a food truck and can't cook fast enough to fill orders you should at least have the decency to tell people how long they will have to wait. Especially if it was going to take 50 minutes to cook one order. Ridiculous. You lost this customer for life. Not going to recommend this place to my friends either.
