Not only is he always available to us professionally, but he goes above and beyond with personal service. What do I mean by that? He takes a real interest in our personal lives, even sending us a congratulatory card and gift when our daughter was born! In terms of accounting, we get valuable advice and maximize our available deductions. We started saving a lot more money once we switched to Pesavento compared to our former accountant. What more can you ask for? The excellent customer service and great accounting are why I plan to stay a client of Pesavento for the duration of my career. It took over 2 years to actually figure out a compromise, which was not in my favor. We are talking 2 years like...I called them to figure it out, got no return call, I called again, got no return call, I received a letter in the mail and called them to discuss, and then about 6 months after I had written them off, they called to address the issue. I hope they go out of business soon, they are a debt to society.
