The police officer called Norrod's to take my car out of the ditch and bring it to his shop before I could start my AAA claim. While communicating with AAA, amidst panic and tears streaming down my face, he informed me , that he will not allow Rush Towing onto his property, which is the service that AAA was sending to pick up my car to bring it to a dealership. He also told me that he was closing down shop by 4pm (meanwhile this is 1pm) so I had to find another company to come get my now totaled car by the time 4pm hit. Also that I would have to pay the full service fee before anyone took my car off of his property. Distraught and just trying to figure out how to get off of the highway and somewhere safe, state patrol escorted me to a hotel where I could figure out what to do because "there wasn't any room on his property for me and my golden retriever". He was willing to meet me off of an exit so that I could properly pay for his services and still allow Rush Towing to take my car to the dealership, after charging me $400 to tow it 5 miles. I was emotionally exhausted, blessed to be alive, and just so upset that this was what I was dealt with. I feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off. Would not recommend.

The following day we realized we did not find my sons flash drive, which contained his senior thesis. I called to see if we could come look. He said he would check, found it and let us know. He cut himself in the process, but did not complain. They made a very difficult time for our family a little bit easier.
