After looking for a recommendation in Facebook, Anton Insurance was mentioned a few times. We found that we could lower the cost of our auto and home insurance by about $800 a year. We have been with Anton Insurance for almost a year now and have been berry satisfied. We even had to put a claim in for one of our vehicles that had a bumper come in contact with a bobcat. One phone call and we took our car to the suggested business for repair and we had a new bumper pronto. We are very happy with Anton Insurance.

The reason he did not get 5 stars from me is he does not have voice mail or an email address to contact him. I think during this day/age it is vitally important for people to have access to a small business anyway possible. If you call his phone number it will ring and ring and ring. Really, you don't know if you are even calling the right number. There is no opportunity to leave a message or anything. To me, it is really quite annoying as I need to take time again to call back. Hopefully, he answers the 2nd time as I would need to call again. If you have questions or comments, you would have to call again.... I've asked for an email address and why he doesn't have voice mail. He said something like he wasn't good with technology. I actually am considering finding someone else who has at least voice mail or text messaging. Otherwise, great guy, great tax service done correctly & quickly.

We have good credit, so its we take some of the credit there but overall the process was smooth. We have done this before and Fairway was no better or worse than other companies we have worked with. On major positive, we had an account representative who answered every question quickly and thoroughly. The downside was two fold. First within 10 days of executing the loan agreement the loan was sold to another company. Not the end of the world of course but I got contacted by customer service at Fairway. Standard mail stating they were there to help me etc, I asked that person a question directly, they didn't answer it. The account rep who handled the sale did. Okay. I ask the customer service person another question, no reply. Finally I contact them one last time on item 2 (below) and get a short "your loan was sold we no longer service it" reply. Bad form. Second, I am now receiving literally an email a day on life insurance, home insurance, home security systems and other home product offerings. The back story is prior I worked hard to get my name off of junk emails etc, I had a CC hacked in the past and spend a lot of time working on cleaning it up and protecting my identity. This transaction is the only thing that has changed recently and now I have this new circumstance. I contact Fairway they will admit to nothing. Normally if you are not on don't call lists or other do not contact lists you only get these solicitations when your information has been sold or otherwise obtained. I verified through the privacy disclosure that they in fact do share personal information for marketing purposes and to their affiliates which includes your SS#. In the disclosure it states "Federal law gives you the right to limit only ƒ sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes -- information about your creditworthiness ƒ affiliates from using your information to market to you ƒ sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing." Note the last line "individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing" Fairway does not appear to be one of those companies and has undone for me a lot of work. For this reason I would not recommend you use this company. If you have been a victim of any kind of identity theft, beware. Unless of course this is all coincidence that somehow the effort I put in to protect myself from having my data transferred and marketed has suddenly come to an end date. I don't believe it personally, but I cant say absolutely either way other than circumstantially the evidence is overwhelming. Caveat emptor

After nearly two months of documented back and forth, the offer was raised to $13,177. With used car's ranging at minimum 15K that amount still left me out of pocket for a loss I did not cause. American Family Insurance knows that their total loss process is designed to minimize payouts. They claim their mission is to 'inspire, protect and restore dreams' and 'accountable, caring, and trustworthy' so it was truly disappointing that Allana and Micheal (two of the claims adjuster) just were dismissive and belittling to me wanting a fair outcome for something that wasn't my fault.
