He talked us through all our options and then did a really great job, leaving the place clean and tidy once he was done. On a separate occasion he fitted a new boiler for us. Mike was the cheapest quote we got (for exactly the same boiler), and also offered the longest guarantee. He and the team fitted it quickly and we've had zero problems since.
