I forgot to mention they changed my transmission coolant hoses without asking me, they used regular rubber hoses, which get eaten up by the coolant, Definitely poor craftsmanship probably using cheap parts, & poor professionalism, wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone,

While there, i wanted an oil change too. I had an 11am appointment scheduled. They kept my car "all day"and after not hearing from the shop at ~3pm, I called the shop for an update? I was then told at 3pm that my car was "next to be pulled in" (I had an 11am appointment), so to hear that my car was next at "3pm" was a little concerning.....fast forward to 5pm/closing time and I get to the shop to settle up. I pay nearly $800 for bulbs to replaced along with the oil change.....jump in my car to leave and low and behold, the right lamp fault is still there on the dash (why i brought the car in the first place). This is when they tell me as they are closing that the fault wont clear because i need new headlight assemblies for the car?? No one called to give me an update along the way and I get the "we just took your car down off the lift along with we are short a technician" today....excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction...have brought my car in for service on multiple times...time before being a ~$5k job worth of work. Very discouraging to fork over nearly $800 for bulbs and oil change and get a rushed job at closing and excuses. Don't mind paying for quality work but don't insult a customer's intelligence with guesswork and no communication. Also, was given an "updated" receipt of service after the tech went back an added in the comments why the fault light wouldn't clear and the need for new headlight assemblies. This information was not in the original receipt when I paid for service and was headed out before I caught the fault code still illuminated on the dash.

I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.

I canceled my other appointment, I showed up Monday only to be told that they couldn't do it and don't know when it could be done by. Even better I ended up with a screw in my tire from going over there, now I have to get my brakes/rotors done AND now my tires fixed... I left this shop with more work needed than I went in for... Don't tell me you can do something then make up excuses when I show up. YOU told me to be there, I showed up and YOU failed.

I've concluded that the price was cheap only to be told by the receptionist a week later they don't charge for diagnostic. BEWARE! As a small business owner myself I would never not charge for my time, even if I'm only looking at the situation.If they don't valve their time to look at your vehicle or any equipment then what is their incentive to give you an honest and thorough report, which they also did not due. They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique Is sick! I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them.
