State Farm has proven that they are considered one of the worst insurance companies in the country. Agents are unable and unwilling to assist customers with issues. I had issues with State Farm while paying my premium. State Farm has no contact information and trying to reach someone to help with a problem is impossible. This agent was both unable and unwilling to assist me with my State Farm issue and told me that I had to call State Farm. State Farm seems to train their agents to push customers with issues that they have to deal with State Farm but customers have no way to reach State Farm. I getting out and away from this rip off company. read more

Rude, conceited. I had one of his agents give me a homeowner's quote at the end of August. I…read moreshopped around and called back today to access the auote. When the agent ( Whitney Smith). Pulled my name up and saw that we had shopped at other Allstate offices, she told me I needed to go to one of them, she wasn't going to help me. When I called Mr. Brewer, he said they weren't going to help and he didn't care who we called.. to even call Allstate. It really didn't matter to him. We were absolutely shocked at the unprofessionalism.

Despite the IRS providing official disaster relief for businesses in my area--Sheffield, Alabama--due to Hurricane Helene, the preparer claimed I owed late penalties and insisted there was no way around it. I did my own follow-up and contacted the IRS directly. They confirmed my return was considered timely filed due to the disaster relief window (September 22, 2024 - May 1, 2025), and all penalties and interest were removed. This tax firm either didn't know the current IRS policy or didn't bother to check. I find that unprofessional, especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters that affect small business owners. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. Always double-check what your preparer tells you--especially when it involves penalties.
