Service is exceptional. Menu is extensive. I started with Miso soup, wakami salad and tempura vegetables. The soup was fabulous and the vegetables were perfectly prepared. Generous portion suitable for 2 to 3 but I managed! Sashimi was fresh and delicious. The toro was some of the best I've had. Had a roll that was recommended by the owner Fabio and it was superb. Owner invited me back for a special chef preparation and I am all in. The chef was trained in Japan and his knife skills are exacting and presentation delightful. What can I say but 5 stars. Oh yeah...they deliver via a multitude of apps or call them directly.

Oh yeah they also offer Chinese food. I later learned from some locals that Italian people get tired of pasta and pizza and want to have something else. Japanese food is considered posh. In addition to opening late, the whole staff takes lunch at 12:00. You have to wait for them to finish eating to be served your food. If and when you do ever eat the food is pretty good. I found dining here so convenient during my two-month stay as they were just down the street from my apartment! They're open dinner hours, which is limited, but worked out perfectly. At opposite ends of their location are bars for breakfast or lunch snacks. They serve the more popular selections such as salmon, tuna, and shrimp. I like how they have mini cut up sushi-ritos and serve mini sandwiches. Easy to eat and great idea! They're made fresh and you can take them to-go or for 'take away' in neatly packaged containers. They're perfectly situated! This Sushi Lab is located a couple blocks away from Piazza Bellini. It is surrounded by other restaurant choices, but if you love sushi and are looking for a quicker meal, this is the only sushi spot for the area. Nearby are the main streets Piazza Cavour / Piazza Museo; where the National Archaeological Museum of Naples is found. This is a fairly new location. The manager was super friendly. The prices are decent and you should find them to try them when you're out and about in this part of Napoli!
