I found my first taste at Colombo's Deli in Pacifica, Ca. (See my reviews here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/colombos-delicatessen-pacifica#query:Columboa) The flavor initially hits your palate like a club on a rock. If you can get pat the first taste you will find layers of flavor that pair of well with greasy foods. The drink goes even further to prepare your mouth for the next bite by clearing away the fats from your tongue and passing an aroma to your sinus that is a perfect offset. The first time I had the drink was with a ham a cheese sandwich. After the food was gone I had enough of the Chinotto soda left to enjoy by itself.
