Davis Landscape and Nursery - Rocks and pumice stone shot towards our vehicles from employee weed eating just a few feet from our vehicles

Scott Davis, the owner, shared this post on Facebook making incorrect statements about what…read morehappened and he ask to see the video I referenced in my review. The video file was too big to upload, so I created a link for convenience. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JL7O0ZWD4wA HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! I stopped an employee from this co from weed eating at a business complex because he was a foot away from my moms car, a new Mercedes, and the weed eater was slinging rocks and debris as they normally do. If he would have continued on his path there was another Mercedes and a Porsche among other nice cars in the parking lot. The employee said if I stop I have to call my supervisor, I told him no problem and gave him my business card. Several hours later Scott Davis, the owner, called me and didn't speak, he YELLED at me telling me if I had enough common sense to tell his employee to stop then I should have enough common sense to move my car. Really Scott? Because all of the reputable professional landscaping services I know either 1) Notify you that they are getting ready to start and give you an opportunity to move your vehicle BEFORE THEY UNLOAD THEIR EQUIPMENT, 2) just use weed killer in areas where damage could occur to property or vehicles or 3) they have a 2nd employee carry a piece of plywood to try to shield vehicles, windows, etc from flying rocks and debris. In the middle of Scott yelling at me I just hung up, it was pointless to try and talk over him. He was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. He was not on the property where and when this happened, his employee did not tell him the truth about what happened and Scott was not open to hearing it. I had 3 witnesses there to confirm what happened. My husband called him after that and Scott treated him the same way. Scott even said to my husband, "If you even feel like you might be a little jumpy, come on over buddy, call me, come by, do what you need to" and called my husband a "liar" and a "dumbass" and when my husband told him that he was trying to handle this in a professional way Scott hung up on him. (We have this conversation recorded for anyone who doesn't believe this and would like to hear it). There are so many people that are from this area that own landscaping services that are nice, respectful, professional and they actually care about whether or not they damage your property. This company is definitely not one of them. When my husband told him they could just let attorneys handle it since he couldn't be professional, Scott told him to go ahead and get an attorney because he has plenty of money.... From his clear disrespect of women and people concerned about their property to his prideful boasting of having "plenty of money"... he clearly doesn't need any more business. For the unprofessional way he handled this situation, from refusing to listen to what happened, to the name calling and trying to bully my husband into "coming on over" and his unwillingness to even listen because he has "plenty of money", I have to give this business one star. The owner Scott requested that "I show him the recording and pictures" so I have posted a link to the video above but I dont see a way to post the pictures on here.

Not Impressed with this company or its owner. Not the best customer service, poor communication…read moreand poor quality work. Charges more for less work then their competitors. Would not recommend.
