I have had espresso before, but not like this. It was really good. The staff and owner were kind and patient with my lack of speaking the Italian language. Its not a touristy area so I'm pretty sure they don't get a lot of people like me coming in. To me, it made my first trip to Italy complete with your world famous espresso and pastries. If I can every come back I will.

I was not prepared for the quality, service, taste, carefully preparation and presentation of edibles and drinks from Italians. Nothing prepared me for this. I was taken aback completely. My bro-in-law took me, it is his goto in Lago Patria. I saw why as soon as I entered. Amazing cappachino's w the finest espresso art ever, decorated for Halloween, and great breakfast pastries served at your table outside. Cost? 8.90€. The best Home made tiramisu, ever, and I hate tiramisu but it looked sooooooooooo good. And white and dark chocolate cups my wife loved. See my pics, cool. Clean and brilliant and 4 blocks from a Roman outpost of ruins and archeological site of impressive construction called Liternum. Unfortunately much of the site was destroyed by repurposing the original materials by construction from the 18th century on. The beaches and view, if you can see it is impressive, but limited by commercialization of lido's, or beach hotels with private access. There is no requirement in Naples to allow public access. It is a primo beach with clean water, decent sand and awesome 180 degrees of views of the island of Ischia to the south and Gaeta to the north. And lower Roma(Lazio).
