    Garagistic E46 M3 SMG shift knob

    Garagistic helped me a few months ago when I was in a pinch and needed some E46 M3 brake lines. The shop that was doing my brake work said I ordered the wrong ones. So if you are familiar with older M cars, you know these parts can't be bought just anywhere. Most recently. I have purchased other items and I like the option to pick these up directly and save some cash on shipping. If you have bought stuff off Bimmerworld you know they don't hook you up at all when it comes to shipping. I recently picked up some parts and Gus went over some installation tips with me and let me check out their super cool E46 M3. I love shops like these and will continue supporting small businesses like Garagistic.

    Very good. I ordered a part for my e30 this morning and picked it up 2 hours later. It's nice to have a shop close by that I can shop for aftermarket parts and get them on the same day. The guys in there are very nice and down to earth. They are definitely passionate about cars and I had a nice conversation with Zach about e30s. Had a great experience. Will be shopping here again.

    Modifying rod because Garagistic can't seem to quality control there own product.

    I had other sources to purchase from in regards to a chassis mounted shifter and selector rod, but decided with Garagistic due to there informal tutorial videos and DIY write ups. I placed my order and was surprised how fast it shipped out. This is the only positive thing Ive experience with Garagistic. It went down hill fast during install, when I noticed that my shifter needed to be filed down at the base where the copper fitting is where the DSSR meets. After filing, I installed everything accordingly. I wasn't able to get my shifter into reverse, 1st, 3rd or 5th gear. On my May 12th, I called garagistic immediately....no answer. I emailed garagistic regarding issue and noticed I needed help, no reply. I rotated the sector rod 180 degrees, no luck. Same issue with gears. I was able to disconnect the shifter and shift into each gear with the DSSR attached by hand. So that eliminates a transmission issue. After countless hours of waiting for Garagistic to respond, I located the issue. The DSSR was faulty. With no costumer service, I was left on my own to solve issue. The DSSR had to be filed down tremendously for it fit. The whole point of the purchase was to enjoy the error free installation. That simply wasn't the case. Not only did I spend my hard earned money, I had wasted hours modifying just so my car shift properly. On May 13th, the following day, I got a email reply stating they would look into it. Don't need to look into it, I already told you the issue. May 19th. Garagistic emailed me back stating that they had a bad batch and are working on making more replacements. Apparently they had other customers with the same issue. This was the last I've heard from them. I emailed them several times up until Today, June 5th for an update. No such luck. The costomer service is as neglected as it could get. The only thing they do right is take money and waste time. I gave them several times to make right, but they failed at that as well. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    I've spent quite a bit of money here on parts for both my e36 and e30. They sell great quality products at an affordable price and local to me. Their custom subframe program rocks. I'd recommend lubricating their poly bushings with copper anti seize instead of the super lube they provide. My bushings are silent and have been for over a year on my e36.

    I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

    My feedback reflects my experience and the issues I faced…read more The EDO product line is strong, including the Tomioka Turbos. I purchased a used unit from a vehicle with a blown engine. The engine failure was not caused by the Tomioka turbo. The turbo held together through an internal engine implosion. The blade damage was minimal and no damages to the bearing, which shows the strength and build quality of the unit. EDO assisted with obtaining the missing components for this pre-owned kit. They supplied the required bolts, nuts, gaskets, couplings and the sensor in a fast and efficient manner. Due to current pricing and inflation, the total parts cost was about 1,000 dollars. The turbo kit has performed above expectation. My vehicle produces 361 hp and 301 tq at the wheels on flex fuel. I expect solid service from this pre-owned kit. If any issue arises, I take comfort in knowing a long-standing shop such as EDO Performance is available to support me.

What a joke! I called ahead to get the part I needed for my very long drive tonight and Kent assured me on the phone that they had my part and would stay open until 9pm. I got here at 8:59pm exactly (official AT&T time which Kent later admitted matches their store time) and the lights were off, doors locked, and employees had made sure to disappear to the back. I had called at 8:52 and they knew that I was coming in, but instead of keeping their normal hours, they decided to power trip. I'm not even suggesting that they be extra kind or go the whopping extra mile by staying open until 9:01 or even 9:02...just that they'd keep their agreed upon hours. I called their phone at 9:05 after knocking and waiting to see if anyone would appear, and Kent answered and told me that they stayed open until 9. I was in fact standing at the door at 8:59. I asked Kent about their customer service policy and what it would hurt for him to just plain be a nice person. Obviously their "customer satisfaction blah blah blah" is just a marketing gimmick. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! LAZY, RUDE, POWER-TRIPPING, SMALL PEOPLE WORK HERE. Didn't used to be that way. What a shame! I am educated and I enjoy working on my own vehicles very much, as I will continue to do for the rest of my life, WITHOUT ever patronizing Kragen/Orielly!
