We had a problem with our cargo van earlier this year. There was an engine error because there was a fluid leak for the diesel additive. We were able to make an appointment quickly and they were able to fix it.
I didn't give 5 stars because I wish service reminders were sent and that there was better communication about service milestones for your car. We currently have three vehicles: a small car, an SUV and the van. It is difficult to keep track of the various services required to remain within warranty. It turned out that we had not serviced the van (we thought we had because we brought it in for inspection). As a result, our repair was not covered by warranty and it was quite expensive. If they don't send out reminders, they could have told us when we brought it in for inspection.
It would also be nice if there was a way to make appointments online or by email. read more
