Yes he is) Was very straight forward and honest , showed me the value of what I was purchasing. I`m originally from the east end and had amazing service from my old mechanic who retired. Since living in Lasalle the last 15 years had been the victim of overpriced repair work. The way I was treated today by Joe at Pompeo, they just gained a new client. I was so impressed with his honesty that I booked them and not my dealer to do my winter tire exchange and winter prep! Grazie Joe!

Not to mention, my car looks brand new and they even took the opportunity to offer a couple of complimentary extras including a thorough interior-exterior car wash.
