They fixed one problem on the spot which was a loose rack & pinion and they gave me a quote for the rest of the suspension. I needed new left & right sway bar links, a new right ball joint and an alignment as expected when changing parts in the suspension. I got an appointment and they gave me a courtesy car for the day. At the end of day one, I was told the car wasn't ready because the mechanic had broken the cv driveshaft and the bearing while trying to remove ball joint. I was informed that they had already tried replacing the cv driveshaft however the part didn't fit so they had to order another one and it would take another day. At this point I believed that they weren't charging me for the parts they broke as they hadn't given me a quote and they had begun work before receiving my approval (Which goes against la Loi sur la protection du consommateur, RLRQ c P-40.1). On day 2, the courtesy car they gave me (a chevy Malibu) took 35 minutes to start because the car didn't recognize the key and went into theft mode. I understand this isn't really the garages fault but it definitely didn't lighten my mood. When I finally went to go pick up my car, my invoice went up 300 and something dollars due to the broken parts (This also goes against la Loi sur la protection du consommateur, RLRQ c P-40.1, as the final invoice cannot surpass the initial evaluation without a new and approved evaluation being given before the work is started). I argued with the guy at the counter and he said that was the best they could due as they were only charging me parts and no labor on the cv shaft and bearing. That day, their interact machines were broken so couldn't pay. On Day 3, after having read RLRQ c P-40.1, I called the garage asking them if they were aware of that specific law, the owner told me he wasn't but after just 1 minute of talking he agreed to remove all additional charges. A few days later I found out that one of my front tie rods were loose. Meaning that the alignment they did was completely useless because they performed it on a loose suspension and it now has to be redone. Overall I was very unpleased with the service I received. The workers probably figured they could take advantage of the customer figuring a teen wouldn't know his rights. I definitely would recommend that anybody planning on bringing their car here should read la Loi sur la protection du consommateur, RLRQ c P-40.1 before going. It can be found here: https://www.canlii.org/fr/qc/legis/lois/rlrq-c-p-40.1/derniere/rlrq-c-p-40.1.html Sections involving car repairs start at subsection 168.

After their expansion we started to notice that their service which was so personal now has become empty - as for their diagnosis started going downhill . Having paid thousands of dollars to repair a rough riding BMW turns out for just a $25 part the issue would have been corrected. This is not the only issue - is it that their employes are working for just the weekly paycheck thus we as clients we are the ones who loose. As for the owners their professional diagnosis is coming into question. This seems to be an ongoing problem sometimes it pays more to stay small and deliver AAA service and repairs instead of growing to big to fast.

In November, me & my dad went to have our tires changed. We were told the prices have gone up. As I was complaining to my dad about the price, the owner looks at me and says "if you're not happy get out, we don't need your business". Keep in mind it was a small conversation I was having with my father and she had no business to intervene and give us attitude. Without my request they parked my car at the exit and gave me back the keys. I have decided to learn how to change my tires myself and that was the best decision i ever took. Avoid this place if you can.

Thank you for a great, professional service. Highly recommend!…read more I wanted a Prodigy P3 trailer brake controller installed on my 2011 Mazda Tribute. My vehicle did come with a factory tow package and an existing 4 way-wiring harness but no port under the dash to connect a brake controller wiring adapter. Hence the installation of a trailer brake controller is a rather time consuming and somewhat challenging job on this vehicle. Not only can it look awful when done wrong it can also be a dangerous undertaking if not wired right. Various additional wiring/cables needed to be routed from the back of the vehicle to the front, circuit breakers needed to be mounted , a seven-way connector plug had to be installed and the actual brake controller unit had to be mounted in a suitable location in the cab. My main concern was a clean, factory-like looking installation with the perfect mounting positions for both the 7way connector and the unit. The technician listened to my concerns and showed me various options for the mounting locations of that brake controller unit. I was most pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle, the installation was done as close to perfection as possible and exactly the way I had wanted it.

I booked an appointment online Friday evening for Saturday monring, they looked at car right on time. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The mechanic looked at my hybride and he said my brakes were fine, actually there was 80% pad life still remaining. He said the drums had a bit of light corresion but not to be concerned, as this is normal for hybrides and EV, because the electric braking system is slowing the car down, not the brakes as much. I didn't know this, so this information gave me peace of mind. They only charged for the inspection which was under $50, and there was no up selling. I found out if I needed brake pads or other parts, they are available on weekends, which is good to know for anyone needing brake work. Excellent shop, I'll definately be going back in the future
