I purchased an outdoor sign on May 1st 2024. Artwork was sent and payment was taken. I have the receipt.
The sign was supposed to be delivered on May 8th.
I have been in touch every day since the 8th, but the phone number supplied is not taking calls, I've reached out via email, the chatbot on the site and Facebook Messenger. Nothing.
I'd accept a refund if there is no availability or ability to make good on my purchase as delivered.
My first choice would be delivery of the sign as purchased ASAP. read more
