I purchased an outdoor sign on May 1st 2024. Artwork was sent and payment was taken. I have the receipt. The sign was supposed to be delivered on May 8th. I have been in touch every day since the 8th, but the phone number supplied is not taking calls, I've reached out via email, the chatbot on the site and Facebook Messenger. Nothing. I'd accept a refund if there is no availability or ability to make good on my purchase as delivered. My first choice would be delivery of the sign as purchased ASAP. read more

It looks like this company has gone bust but still has the website up so please avoid. We sent a registered mail to the address from their website and from Yelp and received a "no longer at this address notification. We placed the order on 30/4 and have had radio silence since. Until recently, the phone number for their UK partners (disblaze.co.uk) worked, and I actually spoke to someone there, but it's since been replaced by a robotic voice telling me no agents are available. read more
