He was the ONLY one willing to work with our insurance company! Every other company was telling us they would put a ridge vent on top. Tim said, no, the pitch wasn't steep enough for that type of vent and instead installed 13 vents along the back. He said we would have ended up with more problems with a ridge vent along the top, collecting rain and snow. His crew came, did the job professionally, quickly and cleaned up really well! They went around with a magnet pickup device (2 in all) to make sure they got everything. And when the dump trailer was picked up the driver went around AGAIN to make sure everything was clean! Tim Wolfswinkel, Jan Bice and and the rest of the employees have been super great and we can't thank them all enough! They made it so easy to get it done and worked with our insurance company, pointing out what had been missed! We were dreading the whole fiasco but they made it easy! And the roofs look great! Thank you, Des Moines Area Roofing
