Most of the games are unsurprisingly in German but they do have a number of English language games and novels. They also have a solid secondhand RPG selection which was mostly English. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and were patient with my butchered attempts at German. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Vienna, and relatively close to the other major games shop in town, Planet Harry.

On a recent trip I picked up some David Sedaris and Stephen Clarke, found some English-language travel guides that I hadn't seen at the British Bookstore, and was sorely tempted to buy even more books but realized they wouldn't fit in my luggage for the trip back home.

When you order a book, you can also order it just to have a look at the item in reality, thus you don't have to buy it if you don't like it. The range of books, but also handcraft products, CDs, DVDs, teaching material is still stunning. There is also a huge variety of books in different languages. Located on Mariahilferstraße and sprawling over three floors Thalia is fairly extensive. There is a large English and smaller Spanish language section at the back of the store. Diverse selection of books, DVDs, CDs and stationary and many members of staff just waiting to find what you're looking for. Not too expensive either and if you look deep enough there are some good bargains to be had. Well worth a few minutes.
