I went in looking to buy a limited edition Xbox One and they were more than happy to help me, Amber was the girl who helped me out. There was a problem however, the Xbox was locked in a display and she didn't have the keys, but she made sure to make a note that the console would be held for me, and the next day I bought it and she gladly made sure everything was fine with it!!
