Very small store but with the games we wanted. Prices were only ten bucks or so off new games, a difference that I spent in gas and time going there compared to buying new games on line from home. At the checkout, very very hard sell to join a $15 rewards program where you just couldn't get the clerk to stop. It looks like the reward on a $40 used game is about 6 cents. Finally as check out progressed we found he added a $4 game warranty, without asking or telling us. Just not the kind of place I like to reward with repeat patronization. Midnight Releases that are quick AND everyone gets the right stuff??? Yuuup!!! I've been here for the Midnight releases of both Halo Reach and Halo 4, both times were Legendary, gotta give 'em the Flawless Cowboy achievement for their customer service. Here's the skinny: The store - nice, open, good selection. The staff - big time gamers, know what's up. The Midnight releases - Holy Mother of God! Fun! Here's the fat: The store itself has a nice open layout, games are easy and obvious to find. If you can't find it the store associates will help you out if they know(or think) they have it. It's pretty clean too, no dusty shelves or dis-arranged games. They run a nice place. The staff is pretty much what you'd expect at a video game store, GAMERS. They know about video games that are coming out like... a year from now, then they tell you "oh you can go here and see some screenshots". Nice, I like info and they like giving it out. As far as Midnight releases go, they do 'em right here. Come in early either pay off your pre-order or show them your receipt(they can find it if you don't have it) then wait. I hate waiting... this wasn't waiting though, this was playing Halo Reach via system link in the store while time ticks by. When it was finally time, the staff managed everything very well, gathering the groups by receipt # and getting a nice line formed. Everything ran really smoothly, I was home playing Halo 4 by 12:25 am. Way to go Gamestop! This is probably gonna be my Midnight release place from now on. The one down the street is kinda eh... I will never do business with Gamestop again. There are far better options that are more helpful. After purchasing a PS4 Days of Play edition at the request of my younger brother, we realized it was not a PS4 Pro Days of Play....rather a Slim PS4. (Mistake on our part) however there are many places that would allow us to exchange it for a PS4 Pro after realizing the mistake. With receipt in hand they will not accept the exchange, even though I am more tham willing to pay the difference in price. Why are the failing as a business and stock? For instances like this. Gamestop is generally a bit overpriced (and their trade in deals are a sham) but thats because they are pretty much the only game store around. Other stores that sell used games, such as Disc Replay, have MUCH better prices but lack the vast selection that gamestop offers. Employees there can range from being helpful to obnoxious, but I suppose that is how it is most places. I go here if I can't find a game somewhere else for a better price. Gamestops are absolutely everywhere just a few miles a part from each other in NWI. So, if you don't find a game in one place they can call over and see if it's available in one of there many other locations. read more

this is one of the places to avoid if you are selling your video games or looking to buy one, the reason I am stating this is because they don't pay crap 90% of the time for your games. if the game is 2 weeks old and you paid $59 for it new, they'll offer you $10 and sell it for $40 , you will be better off going online and selling your used games on an auction site, I gave up on these guys when I was offered $5 for a game I resold on ebay for $20 read more

This place is pretty decent. The service is great. They have lots of games in stock and give you the option of pre-ordering new releases. It's a good deal, but they're really pricey compared to places like Wal-Mart. They allow you to return/sell games but i would't recommend that because their trade in value is GARBAGE. They might give you as little as $10.00 for a brand new game that was just released. And when they put them on the shelf they sell them for about $10.00 less than the original price (for newer games at the time). They're 2 stores in the plaza, and 2 more in Westfield Mall across the street, so if one store doesn't have what you're looking for, the others might. I recommend gamestop if you're looking to buy games that were just released or pre-order games ( they have special pre-order bonus's for many of the games they sell). Buying new games = good choice. Selling games = rip-off. read more
