The front 5 or 6 were just regular ones and toward the back were they fun ones. Lets just say they are very interactive with one another. The cliental varies, couples 8 to 11 on fridays and saturdays. After 11 well you get what you get and honestly it was enough that we left the place due to the creeps. I would not rank them as 2nd in the country. I am sure their are far betters ones out there.

No hello or smile but I told him what I needed and he walked me over to the section. Surprised he didn't just point. Fortunately, the lady at check out turned my experience around. She was very friendly offering me the store card getting my email and such. She smiled before I arrived and thus made a difference . Customer service is what keeps people coming back, not just the selection or cost . I wish more employees would realize we have a choice in shopping.

Receptionist can be nice but can also be quite condescending in tone. It's possible the refusal of the follow-up visit was entirely the receptionist and not the doctor, but as patient/customer, who cares who it was?
