Been a loyal customer for years. No more! They have an unreasonable exchange policy. Went in to exchange a birthday gift with a receipt that was not opened and only purchased 18 days ago. They refused to exchange even though we were going to spend more on another item. They just lost our business forever. I will purchase online instead or go anywhere else. So much for supporting this brick and mortar. read more
