We asked what time they opened and she said noon. I said that Google still says 11:30 and it would be helpful if that was updated. She rudely says it's a staffing issue, nodding her head, and with a brash tone (dismissive manner) and repeated it's a staffing issue. As a former Limited Brands manager, seeing four employees in a store this size and them not open: something does not make sense. This will be our second time here this week and we've spent close to $250. Next time, we will drive west for 20 minutes and go to Slidell.

I had never had a good experience at the Crossroad store. Last Saturday, August 30,2025, Robert, the assistant manager changed this opinion. I had a major issue that customer service would not resolve online. At that point I had decided to use Staples online delivery for all future needs. Since I prefer physical stores -- they keep jobs in our area, and to let the store know my issue (a business cannot fix a problem, unless they know about the problem.).
