Person who was dealing with the transaction couldn't see any scratches so queried with his colleague who insisted there was a couple of minor scratches. Neither members of staff showed us the scratches (as they weren't present) Took the cash as I didn't mind the price for something we don't use but it's the principle. Not putting on here what we was selling as I'm waiting for it to go online as a grade A to prove a point.

The staff are very helpful and are happy to tell you when their deliveries are for games which 'fly off the shelf'. They also let you trade in old games and consoles against new ones you wish to buy which is a good way to try new games at a lesser cost.
