Different console's spaces are set out fairly, without one having too much space compared to others which is often a major problem in other Game stores. They also have a large selection of merchandise for the size of the store, being the only place in town to buy things such as plushies and Pokémon cards. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially the ones who have worked there for multiple years. Although the newbies are by no means bad. Best place in town for games and much better than just buying online.

They sent me Winx Club Saving Alfea on Nintendo DS the PEGI PAL (UK version). The PEGI PAL UK version has different content, cutscenes. The case was PEGI (green logo on lower left corner), and the cartridge label plus the manual say EUR. This game only sells for around $15-$25. The U.S.A. version is worth $150-$500 because it is a rare game. If you don't know gaming and are just buying to play, you may not know the difference and it should be fine as long as it plays on your console, but a game store definitely knows the difference between ratings and countries from which they are released. I reported them through the online site I purchased it from due to inaccurate website description because they have the photo of the USA game with the ESRB logo (black E symbol) and their description said ESRB. The seller claims it is the same game. They accepted the return for a refund, but refused to send me a prepaid shipping label for their inaccurate website description because I am "an international buyer". Initially, the game itself took at least a month to get here. Then, when I asked for it, the seller messaged me that there was no tracking number through Royal Mail. I've been contacting the seller and the online site through messages, emails, and phone calls. They want me to pay for shipping to Houston to get a refund. I looked up the return address and it says they are a Goodwill! -1401 Wirt Rd #A, Houston, TX 77055 UNITED STATES. If I send it back they could potentially claim they never received it, and I am out the money and product.
