I have never given a 1 star review. Ever. Let me start by saying I love France and the people. But the owners of this business took advantage of us. Ask all your questions up front because the contract is entirely in French. The electric accelerator on the bikes worked great but all the tires had low air. In our case we got a flat halfway through the trip. It was raining so I sent my group to go back and ask if there was a way to pick me up. The owner said of course, without mentioning anything about a fee. Then she hopped in the Van to come pick me up just a kilometer and a half away. What they didn't tell us until after the fact was that it costs 30€ to fix the flat tire that was probably low to begin with, and 50€ for ride back. Her "BEST" response was "it's in the contract." Which is YUP. In French, and which they would not give us a copy of. To make it worse was her condensending arrogant response and telling us well if you would have read the contract. And she pointed it out in French of course. If she had told us of the 50€ pick up fee, I would have just walked back. This was a simple matter of not disclosing all information in advance. I would not recommend this bike rental company to anyone. Very unprofessional. read more
