This is honestly one of the coolest creative experiences I've had. My mom goes here a lot as a newfound hobby and brought me along for a day and it was so much fun. The owner, Melinda, is able to help you every step of the way from picking good colors to technique and more. And not only that, if you finish painting you can take your creation home on the very same day. I created a beautiful outdoor thermometer in just one day (about 4 hours) with a quality I didn't know I had in me. And it was a tough choice because there were so many cool options for what you could paint, including holiday decorations for Christmas and Halloween. I've been to a lot of art studios for candle making, pottery spinning, ceramics painting, etc and nowhere else can come close to this because you get little to no instruction from the workers at the studio whereas here you are taught techniques as you are ready for them. I have nothing but good words to say about this studio. Not only that, but all the people that attend the classes are so friendly and love to have a good time and there are lots of regulars that know each other so it's just an overall great social atmosphere. I wish I lived closer because I'd love to come more often. Also the price is right for the experience and wonderful handmade customized product you get to take home.
