Tuesday the surgeon informed him his appendix had ruptured. He had to cut him open to remove it along with some of his colon and intestine. My brother could have died because of the incompetence of this hospital's staff.

I came to Dr holzer who specializes in surgery and she said yes I can repair it. The entire ambulatory surgical team was amazing They even call you afterwards to make sure you are okay. Jane was my anesthesiologist She made me feel at ease pleasant bedside manner goes over everything with you I felt safe in her hands. Jauhni walked me back into the surgery waiting room and was fun to talk to. I'm sorry I don't remember the rest of the nurse's name that helped me before and after my surgery. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly and patient. I want to add they have a new neurologist my husband seen for the first time last week We are very pleased with him trying to figure out my husband's tinnitus! Dr Trevor Moravec. We have our PCP here, My son's PCP is here, I have had surgery by Dr helming in orthopedics, My husband sees Dr Goodman for his endocrinology Larry is awesome in that office as is Dr Anderson for my son. And then in ophthalmology is another doctor Holzer (the husband to the surgeon I just had on Friday) for all of our eye health. Right off the bat I noticed how nice this one is outside and inside, and how clean they keep it, especially keeping the inside without that medical smell. Once I got to interact with the people who work here, I got to see that they actually seem to care about the people who live here, and even about their visitors. Everyone I talked to was very friendly to both of us and very patient and gentle with my friend when she needed anything. There didn't seem to be anything that they hadn't already taken care of or didn't immediately take care of when she asked. What a difference this place is!

Both times I was in the Radiology Area for service within minutes! This last time I was in & out in 10 minutes flat! Everyone is very friendly & experienced & professional! Love that it is not crowded! I should add that I have also been in the Emergency Room area twice within the last year. The last time for my son who fell off of our horse. Anyway the experience there was the same! They got us in to get examined after filling out some forms in ~15minutes! Very efficient hospital service!

He was in the ER patient room for over 3 hours with no one coming in to check on him. The quality of care was horrible. The doctor finally came in and checked it and he did have a hemroid and was told to get some hydrocortisone cream. My husband cant even sit due to the discomfort. I work for a hospital also and cant believe the horrible care he received. We will never come back again. We will make a drive to Grady which is far away from us but we have had great experience there and we would rather go there then come back to the doctor that was in the ER last night. The date was 05/20/2026 at 6:20 pm. I really hope Dr Kaple receives this.
