Went in looking to have a small amplifier installed under a seat in my car. I discussed the…read moreinstallation with the manager he assured me it would be done correctly. When I picked my car up it was after hours. I saw they put a different amp in the trunk left a mess of insulation on the carpet broke a speaker cover and the wiring wasn't anything professional at all. They zip tied the power wire to my coil wire! Paid 1/3 more than msrp for the amp plus had to drive to town twice to get it fixed right. They didnt want to do anything about the part they broke and my extra 140 miles of driving. When I asked why it happened the excuse was because the manager wasn't on site that day. They didnt even feel the installer did anything wrong. The amp wasn't even tuned in to the speakers correctly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Yes man manager just to get you out the door.

They know their stuff and unlike a big box store where it is difficult to even find someone to answer a question, Pacific Sound has employees that can answer any question you may have about their equipment. They will come out to your house and professionally install your tv or system. That is true service. Ask for Nick if you need help. A nice surprise was finding out they also install car stereos and auto starters. Trevor is the name of the guy that works as the installer and like the others, knows his stuff. Again, you get what you pay for and you won't be sorry for giving your business to Pacific Sound.

While walking around my truck to get my 5 month old baby out, the vehicle locked BY ITSELF. It's absolutely terrifying to have your screaming baby locked in a vehicle and not being able to get to him! In a absolute panic I called dispatch who then must have called Rudy's. They both showed up so quickly and Rudy got the truck unlocked in no time. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing. It was more important to him to get the baby out than receiving compensation. That really says something about a persons character. On top of that, he gave my son a cute little bear! I would recommend this company over and over and over again. Thanks you Rudy's. I really appreciate your kindness and service.
