So much cool stuff! Gorgeous grounds with rivers, waterfalls (plural), fish ponds, a falcon…read moresanctuary, swimming pool, spa, multiple play areas for kids, 4 on-site resteraunts, and of course the monastary itself which has been converted into a hotel. This is apparently one of the most popular wedding locations in this part of Spain and it's easy to see why.
My only complaint is that the actual hotel rooms are small, stuffy, get very hot at night during the summer, and the AC is so loud it kept the wife and I awake. So maybe skip that part unless you sleep well with ear plugs.
Also, no one here speaks English so make sure you go with someone who hablas Espanol.
Otherwise, it's gorgeous. As a bonus, a stay at the hotel includes free admission to the grounds and free breakfast. Not too shabby!
