Michelle and Aleza are both thoughtful, kind, and warm. They genuinely listen to your ideas and work to go the extra mile to make sure your vision is realized. At points where my husband and I were struggling to make decisions, they figured out how to get us extra time but were also clear when there wasn't wiggle room. Additionally, as locals to Playa del Carmen, they know the Cancun and Riviera Maya region inside and out, so they have access to the best and most reliable vendors. Anastasia was so professional and helpful in ensuring I re-gained confidence in the industry and all her vendors.
