Visiting from the US to the iconic Bisley Shooting Camp. I was completely shocked when going into Fulton & Sons and how I was received by Steve who was working there. He had complete disrespect and disregard for me. His customer service was horrible. The reputation I had researched was a shop with history and being one of England's go to gunsmith shops. I couldn't be any more wrong, Steve completely changed my perception of this. I would stay away from here if you can, or you'll be treated like an idiot. read more
