They agreed to find another conteactor who then redid the concrwte work, but for some reason, that company thought a mini ramp would be ok. Communication was poor, and I saw the photos for the final result. I learned that they contract and subcontract other workers, and I think this is why communication was poor because who I discussed projects with were not the people who completed the work. I will likely have to spend more money to fix the work in the future and get what I want. I caution anyone to do their research before booking a service
