He was on-time, polite, kept to himself (and was not one of those annoying talk your ear off while you're working on other things type of person), and kept everything clean. He staggered the projects so that while one was drying, he started the other. He worked quickly but was also precise and careful. The owner of the company even stopped by to check on how the progress was going. I appreciate your work, Jeff. I'd recommend him to anyone.

We made arrangements for them to spray June 26th 2023 at 10 a.m., because we had other commitments earlier in the day. The sprayer showed up at 9 a.m. and explained that we were his last stop and he proceeded anyway. I asked him to pay additional attention to the tops of the trees while he was spraying, and he replied "You're not going to tell me how to spray. Find someone else to spray your trees", and then he drove off. The summary is that Custom Lawn Service is going to do things their way, and not pay attention to the customer's wishes or requests. They'll show up when they want to, not when you want them to, and they will be insulted if you ask them to do something. Stay away from these people if you have any idea at all that they are supposed to be working for you, and not the other way around.
