Went to the ladies room and each toilet was covered in feces as if they never get cleaned or there is something really wrong with the food! The cooks seem to be the only ones working there and actually care about customer service because the staff taking the order clearly have no clue what's going on at any moment. The interior is very nice, appeared clean and had plenty of seating options. We had never been before so we did not know that this was place you ordered at one register and picked up at another window. Very confusing. We had chips & queso as a starter. The chips were cold and all of them were broken into small pieces. Not a whole chip in the bunch. The queso was greasy and barely warm. I ordered the burrito , when my order was taken she asked what SIDES I wanted. I ordered beans & rice. Well when my ordered was called for pick up no sides,they put what they called sides in the burrito. That's filling not sides guys. My friends and I have been customers at Fuzzy's for quite some time. We have always received excellent service. More recently, two bartender's that work on Wednesday night have been very biased in who they help. We have waited 10-20 mins for someone to wait on us only to watch them serve others near us their second and third drinks. I have been waited on faster than that when they've been packed. When I called it to one's attention, she decided to serve me my drink last (even though I ordered first) and cash me out last (even though I paid first). I was not rude to her. I simply told her I did not appreciate [being ignored]. On top of that, the Fuzzymosas are never as good when she makes them. I used to love coming here for the service and a good Fuzzymosa. This was my first time to visit Fuzzy's at any location. I was very disappointed with my experience. First, the food is okay. It has no comparison to the quality of Torchy's Tacos. The queso was okay, and so were the refried beans. The rice tasted like packaged rice that you can get from your local supermarket. What really disappointed me was the service. First, I was told to go to the window to pick up my chips and queso because they were to be ready after ordering. I had to wait a few minutes, which was fine, but they were disorganized, so several others were waiting as well. The other people had been waiting longer than me. Our main meal took 35 minutes to be ready. They were busy, but not unreasonable busy. The line to order took 5 minutes or so. When I told the lady giving me the food that it took 35 minutes she didn't seem to care, and just said, "well we're busy." For the environmental conscious, you get to drink out of styrofoam cups unless you upgrade to souvenir cups, and there is no place on site to recycle. Well, I won't be back. read more

I Had high hopes because Fuzzy's in Austin is great food, beats out the overpriced and pretentious Torchy's; however, this place is not the bee's knees. The problem? Fuzzy's should replace the manager who is trying to be her pimple faced employees "friend". Hunny, a word of advice, you're the boss, if they don't like being told what to do and when to do it, go live in a socialist country, or California; otherwise, the food takes incredibly too long to come out and has always had problems. This place is a joke. They are always 'under-staffed,' but they have waitresses running around in abundance. What they can't staff properly is their kitchen. The food is consistently mediocre at best. The service is incredibly slow and the staff is rude. They accidentally threw our entire order away and proceeded to put off our order while being dismissive and making excuses. We eventually got a refund after repeatedly questioning about our order. Fast food tacos should not take 45 min and staff members should not curse at 13 year old customers (which I witnessed). So my girlfriend met some friends here this past Friday. She ordered a steak burrito bowl knowing she had to have it gluten free. She told them no sauce. She told me it was cold and the steak could not even be cut with their dollar store knives. So fast forward a few hours and she was deathly ill. She threw up for an hour and it was NOT fun! Went to this restaurant to try food before we committed to a taco place to cater our event. Had the chips and queso, chicken fajita plate, and steak fajita taco plate. We ordered the refried beans, mix mex rice, borracho beans and the lime rice. The refried beans were very thick but tasty, the lime rice was super citrusy but good. We will definitely be back. If I could I would give no stars. Ordered in store and since I've had problems in the past with my order being incomplete, I questioned the young man at the pick-up counter about my order being correct. He just kept saying it's in the bag. Acted annoyed that I asked. I got home with black guacamole, yuk, and 2 sauces missing. Called the shop. Natalie apologized but I was angry since I had asked while at shop. She just made excuses. Didn't seem to really care too much. So I drove back. Natalie could have handle things very well by just getting my missing items and new guacamole. But instead asked me if I was the one that just called and she accused me of hanging up on her. I was already very upset/angry but this only added fuel to the fire. I'm 64 years old and find that Natwanted to PROVE A POINT. She went into saying she had only been there for 2 months, and ​ accused me of cussing her out on the phone (which is false), told me to leave (without the rest of my order), threatened to call the cops, told me she was 26 yrs old and I wasn't her mother and and although I was angry and responded with a raised voice, never cussed, nor did I accuse her of anything but that I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Main manager was out of town for a funeral I was told. But I will be contacting the owner. Obviously this fast food joint is having a hard time since there are so many negative reviews. Tried once for a late breakfast. Ordered to go at the counter and some old hag rudely told me that I had to order to go at the bar as if I already knew that. Waited again at the bar and 3 tacos took longer than I expected. Ate at my food and found my potatoes and egg tacos to be super greesy to the point it leaked out of the taco and wet the whole bottom of the paper bag. Shrimp tacos also tasted bad and super rubbery. The person who handed me our food was rude when I said this is not what I ordered and she blew me off until she realized that I was right. The steak quesadillas were pretty good but the salsa is horrible and the chips are not that great either. We sat at the bar and I may be mistaken but the Bartender looked and sounded like she had been drinking. She must have been spiking her Yeti cup. The beers are cheap but only a handful on tap. I used to like this place, I would get the taco plate with rice and potatoes. Now I don't get it anymore because the potatoes are either way over cooked or full of onions and are bland. I switched to the salad, another disappointment. There's literally half heads of lettuce in it where it wasn't cut up. The fajita chicken was so over cooked, I couldn't stab it with my fork. I had brisket in my salad, it was not cut up, and about a foot long. The manager never smiles or greets anyone. Seems to glare at everyone. I only visit this place because my friends meet up there.
