There is alot of history on this campus. I called to make sure they would be open, a nice lady answered the phone and gave me all the info needed. She is a one man operation for now, but stated she would assist us when we arrived. Tip: call before you go for opening time, website doesn't have opening times. Update Oct 21, 2023 Arrived abit late, but the Director Ingrid was gracious enough to wait on our arrival. The facility has several rooms and space to host events, and has very nice planetarium. They have ongoing renovations being done in the museum. Ingrid gave us a tour of the facility and the vision of the museum going forward. We did view a show in the planetarium, it was absolutely amazing! It was a very relaxing and educational experience. We really enjoyed our time, thank you much Ingrid for your time. I cant wait to visit again and see the renovations.

There was plenty of space for large round tables and chairs. There was space for dancing. They have a built in bar. They have an area closer to the kitchen for a buffet style setup. There seems to be adequate parking, but not a paved lot. The parking was on the grass and gravel. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. Overall, I enjoyed the venue. It is setup for any type of event. You can transform it with decorations or leave it as is. Either way works.

The first time I rented tables and chairs from this company they were delivered on time, but the…read moreitems were filthy. We spent an hour washing the dirt and dust off of the tables and chairs. When I discussed this with the owners they apologized and promised if we gave them a second chance that they would give us a discount. I contacted them for a second event, got a quote with a discount, confirmed in writing the date that we wanted to rent tables and chairs from them. Three weeks before the event I realized we would need extra tables and reached out by e-mail (that is method we had arranged quote & confirmation) no response. I waited several days and e-mailed again - no response. I called and left a message - NO RESPONSE The day of the event...they did not show up. Luckily, I plan ahead, double check details and had Plan B in place to seat 130 people despite this company not showing up. To make matters worse the day AFTER the event I get a marketing email from them advertising their services. I don't think even a cold day in H*ll would convince me to attempt to use this company again.
