From the very beginning, their communication was flawless--extremely fast and responsive. Tommy worked closely with us to design a custom photo booth template that perfectly matched our event theme, making the whole process feel seamless and professional. On the day of the tournament, they even sent a text 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival, which gave us such peace of mind during a busy setup. The setup itself was impressive--their photo booth was modern and sleek, their props were extremely organized, featuring a dedicated sign organizer that kept everything tidy throughout the day. There was a great variety of fun props, including unique ones like tacos and boba that were a huge hit and perfectly appropriate for the occasion. Our attendant, Chris, was wonderful. He went above and beyond by accommodating our specific request to switch gears for photos of the tournament winners with their medals. He was also fantastic with the kids. If you are looking for a reliable, creative, and community-minded photo booth company in San Diego for your birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, etc, look no further than TheSDPhotoGuys. They truly care about their clients and the causes they support.

Talk about amazing communication! Their website is user friendly. Very easy to navigate and straightforward. I really like the price breakdown chart on their website because you get to compare each package they have to offer. That really helped with deciding which one I wanted to book. Once I filled out the needed information, they immediately reached out to go over details such as the space needed for the photobooth, backdrop ideas, etc. They were both so sweet and so nice!! So easy and chill to talk to! They were even nice enough to send a preview of what the photobooth strip would look like! And it was perfect!! Day of the event, the FamOlay team arrived at the venue right on the dot ready to set up! Their set up was so fun! Fun props for all ages! Cute/ funny signs, sunglasses, hats, necklaces, feather boa scarfs, etc.! The backdrop was simple yet cute- and exactly how I liked it!!! I loved the touch of pink and blue since our baby shower was also a gender reveal! It made dressing up with the props so much fun! The lighting was amazing!! If I had the time, I probably would have taken more pics than I did!! But I'm so glad all my family and friends who attended used the photobooth because seeing their pictures for sure made my heart so full! The prints came out so fast, too! It says 5 minutes but it definitely wasn't! And you have the options to email or text them. At the end of the night, literally almost 2 hours later, FamOlay sent an email with a link to ALL photos taken that night! What I really like was being able to see all the pictures right away and being able to, not only, download the photobooth strip, but the ability to download each photo that was taken! Overall, I have no regrets booking with FamOlay! They made our baby shower celebration fun and memorable! I'll definitely be booking with them again!! Thank you The FamOlay Team!!!

Many times, photo booths photo are dull or dark. Sometimes the layout or the design is too basic or boring. With Aww Snap, the owner Joey presented us with many options. My husband and I were able to customize the layout and design of our photo booth pictures. We used our engagement photo background and also incorporated our own monogram and the same font that we used for all of our wedding details (save the dates, invitations, place cards, etc). Being able to personalize the photo template to our desires was such a nice touch. Thank you Aww Snap for working with us and giving us the freedom to create our very own customized template. Visit their website for ideas! The photo booth lighting was set perfectly and the props provided were awesome. From the feedback we received from our guests and from looking at all the photos, everyone definitely had a blast with the photo booth. Aside from printing high quality prints immediately, the photo booth photos are all available right away for digital download. Perfect for social media posting! Haha. Thank you Aww Snap / Joey for being so pleasant, honest, easygoing and professional. Thank you also for gathering my husband and I to break in the photo booth! We were on the go all night and Joey was kind enough to make sure we got our photo booth pictures in when our reception started. Talk about great service!! Best photo booth ever!!

Eh, you get what you pay for. I didn't think it was necessary to spend a ton of money on a photo…read morebooth for our wedding, so I found an inexpensive deal with MementoStrip and ran with it. Weddings are already so expensive; I wanted to save a couple hundred. Looking back, I think we would have paid for a more established and expensive company, as MementoStrip was our least favorite vendor from our wedding. Here are a few missteps that happened: 1. The background was really small. The booth, which was an outdoor-style set up, only comfortably fit four or five people. When larger groups entered, the camera zoomed out and you could see the wall that the background was taped to. 2. The camera was pointed low and the settings were off. Our guests were forced to squat a little to fit in the frame and the photos came out way overexposed. My husband had to take time away from our reception to complain to the attendant. The attendant fixed it, but he shouldn't have to be told to do something as basic as that. 3. The attendant appeared in a couple of our shots. Why. 4. The attendant did not interact with us or tell our guests to expect to take four photos, so people look confused or the last frame is empty or with the next group walking into the booth. 5. The props table was not kept orderly. When we went to take photos, I was picking up props from the ground behind the table. I think these problems are easily remedied, so I hope that MementoStrip implements changes and trains their attendants carefully. As for us, we will not be recommending them to our other engaged friends.

Communication was always on time, and she was always supplying us with the information we needed. What I liked most about this company was that Sylvia gave me a quote along with different ideas and packages to choose from. Instead of me having to tell a company exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I really liked having different options and packages to choose from. It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. Aesthetically, everything looked beautiful, and I'll add some pictures so you can see for yourself. Everyone we worked with from Sylvia's company was professional, friendly, and very efficient. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it. One other thing I loved about working with Sylvia is that she is a Navy veteran. If supporting a veteran-owned business is important to you, this is a great way to do it while also getting an amazing product and service. I would absolutely recommend Sylvia and Affordable Party Rentals to anyone planning a party or event. They made everything so easy from start to finish, and we will definitely be using them again!
