This is our favorite store in ES !! We have been going to this store once a year when we visit Eureka Springs for the past 6 years. My husband lets me pick out a piece (or pieces) of their handmade jewelry each time we go there and I am in love with all of them. These guys are exceptionally talented. I brag about them so much that when my daughter and her fiancé went earlier this year, they bought me a gorgeous necklace for my birthday. This year (2019) we visited and bought a bracelet made of aluminum rings and smaller colored rings. I wore it proudly. Later that day we had a problem with the bracelet and had to rerun to the store. We have never had any issues with their pieces before but hoped they would help us out. They stood behind their product and replaced my bracket with a new one. Customer service A+. Great local art store! The two guys (John and John) go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They are both very patient and also knowledgeable about the area. Very unique and local items. Will be back next time we are in town to explore the glass art! The shop is also really cool as the back wall is glass and you can see the natural rock wall behind the shop. read more
