Brian is one of the those people. My primary goal was to rank on the first page on Googles search engine, Brian told me "we can do that", and he delivered. My clientele has doubled since I started using him a year ago and it was the best business decision that I've made. I only wish I would have found him sooner. 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Complete Lack of Communication…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to communicate with Foxxr Digital Marketing. I have called this company repeatedly and sent multiple text messages, yet nobody seems interested in answering, responding, or even acknowledging my attempts to contact them. For a company that advertises itself as a professional digital marketing and SEO agency, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Communication is one of the most important parts of any business relationship, especially when customers are considering spending significant amounts of money on SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and digital marketing services. I have made several attempts to reach this company, and the lack of response has been incredibly frustrating. I should not have to chase a marketing agency just to get a simple response. If a company cannot communicate effectively with a potential customer, it raises serious questions about how responsive it would be after receiving payment. What makes this experience even more disappointing is the company's online reputation. After seeing positive reviews, I expected professional communication, reliable customer service, and a company that values potential clients. Unfortunately, my personal experience has been completely different. Based on my experience, I seriously question whether the positive reviews accurately reflect the customer service people can expect. I cannot personally verify whether those reviews are genuine, but the difference between the positive reputation presented online and the lack of communication I experienced is concerning. A professional SEO agency should understand the importance of answering calls, responding to messages, and building trust with customers. If communication is this difficult before a business relationship even begins, I would be very concerned about what happens when a customer needs updates, has questions, or experiences problems with an ongoing campaign. I was genuinely interested in learning about their services and potentially doing business with them. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and disappointed. My experience has given me very little confidence in this company's customer service, professionalism, or commitment to potential clients. My recommendation to anyone considering Foxxr Digital Marketing is to be cautious. Before signing a contract or making any payment, make sure you can communicate with someone consistently and receive clear answers to your questions. I cannot speak for every customer, and I am not reviewing the quality of SEO work I have not purchased. However, based on my repeated unanswered calls and text messages, I would rate my customer service experience 1 out of 5 stars. Very poor communication, extremely disappointing responsiveness, and an unacceptable first impression. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
