Apparently, it was Krystal's birthday, and her husband was surprising her with dinner and friends from out of state - (if you know it's your birthday, why would you make a scheduled commitment with us in the first place? Your birthday comes on the same day every year....) I understand things come up, but if her husband knew he was going to be surprising her that evening, he should have reached out to me DAYS in advance to request a reschedule, not the morning of... My partner and I have extremely busy lives and so I scheduled this session knowing we both had the evening off. This unfortunate event led me scrambling and calling all over the seacoast to find something else for date night. Thankfully there were other options in the area that were able to accommodate us last minute, and our date night was not ruined. This is a five-star example of poor business practice and unprofessionalism. I can guarantee that my partner and I, nor will any of our friends or family, be joining Krystal and her husband in the future.

Where else in the Seacoast can you find a ballet class taught by such a talented teacher for 7 bucks? It's madness, I tell you. The level is Advanced Beginner, but Vicki (the teacher) will definitely work with you in modifying the moves to suit your level. I personally am at the Beginner Level, and I always come away from a class with feeling satisfied and kinda like a Ballerina. The classes are twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am. Do yourself a favor, if you always wanted to take a ballet class and just couldn't find the class for you, give this one a try. Channel your inner ballerina and join us.

Feeling hot, hot, hot!…read more I tried this place out with the ever amazing Yelp group and I was hooked! Hooked on the comfort and safety I feel when I enter the warmly lit studio. Hooked on the amazing choreography Miss E teaches. And definitely hooked on the sizzle she encourages each to have when they dance. I love to dance but sometimes feel intimidated by other dancers and pretty much freeze up and look and feel like Elaine from Seinfeld. Not so here. I mean I will admit I got anxious, but I get anxious in an empty room and yeah I forgot a few moves, but i had a blast! When my friend I went to class we decided to go for the Intermediate class since we both have background in dance. Miss E greeted us warmly and let us know that most of the others would slide in at the last minute. When class started she started with a little taste of a small routine to warm us up. She moved into some stretches that was paired with some somewhat sassy poses. We then headed into another short routine followed by some "moving across the floor" which we soon figured out was a good swing in the hips as we completed a few moves as we worked it across the dance floor. We ended with another short routine that included the floor and a chair. The sizzle got sizzlier here and it was wonderful. So if you are not afraid of shaking it or even if you are afraid of shaking it but want to be able to with less fear, this be the place. She will not disappoint. Bye for now.
