Apparently, it was Krystal's birthday, and her husband was surprising her with dinner and friends from out of state - (if you know it's your birthday, why would you make a scheduled commitment with us in the first place? Your birthday comes on the same day every year....) I understand things come up, but if her husband knew he was going to be surprising her that evening, he should have reached out to me DAYS in advance to request a reschedule, not the morning of... My partner and I have extremely busy lives and so I scheduled this session knowing we both had the evening off. This unfortunate event led me scrambling and calling all over the seacoast to find something else for date night. Thankfully there were other options in the area that were able to accommodate us last minute, and our date night was not ruined. This is a five-star example of poor business practice and unprofessionalism. I can guarantee that my partner and I, nor will any of our friends or family, be joining Krystal and her husband in the future.

Where else in the Seacoast can you find a ballet class taught by such a talented teacher for 7 bucks? It's madness, I tell you. The level is Advanced Beginner, but Vicki (the teacher) will definitely work with you in modifying the moves to suit your level. I personally am at the Beginner Level, and I always come away from a class with feeling satisfied and kinda like a Ballerina. The classes are twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am. She's outgoing, she's empowered and empowering, she's encouraging, she's all accepting, and I couldn't think of a better person to help women find their inner diva, goddess, and all around badass self. I've taken several classes here now and it's always the same: 1. Sign up for the class. 2. Immediately regret it - I can't dance. I don't do sexy. What the hell was I thinking? 3. Show up and feel the warm sunshine that is MissE's personality. 4. Dance (awkwardly), have a ridiculous amount of fun, and get excited to try it again someday.
