Purchased some clothing at the location in Venice. The lady that helped me was very nice. After shopping at some other stores and buying some outfits I liked better I decided to return some of the clothing to another location in Florence within the STATED return policy. I was told at both locations a refund would not be issued. Both ladies at the stores in Florence were extremely rude and acted as if I was braking some kind of law by returning some products. I contacted the company via chat and was told to go to the store in Rome and a refund would be given. Went to the store in Rome and waited a hour before being told the exact same thing. A refund would not be given. After spending countless hours of simply trying to return some clothes which should have taken a total of 10 min I'm fit to be tired. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVEN WALKING INTO ANY OF THE LOCATIONS. AND IF YOU DO YOU BETTER NOT WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING. read more
