What I received was a generic 'Legacy Golden' sheet set made in China -- the kind of product you can find online for $15-$20. When I questioned it, I was told that was 'all they had.' I don't believe they ever intended to give out anything close to what was advertised. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch -- use the promise of a luxury gift to get you in the door, then hand you something worth a fraction of what was claimed. Very disappointing and misleading. When I raised my concern, the store manager acknowledged that the sheets may retail for approximately $25 elsewhere, but justified the $99 value based on their own in-store pricing -- a claim I find misleading and unreasonable.

When asked, they said they were gone a long time ago...but the CL ad was posted very recently. Website wasn't updated either. But while there, we looked around. Saw a table we liked and asked about it. For the price ($1895), we expected it to be the full setup of table and chairs. Was told it was not so we declined. Later on, I googled the description of the table from their ticket and found two eBay listings for their store for the same table at two different prices, one of which was over 1/3 off (on sale)!! Auction #s - 261602181758 and 261837429926 - one has more pictures than the other but they are the same table in the same spot in the same store. Either they are really disorganized, clueless or dishonest. I won't find out by wasting my money here.

I'm sure it's great to have a lot of furniture to fill the space, but you need to have more styles to fit everyone's taste,... Not just overly elaborate, super modern, and barn styles. I also felt the quality of the furniture had diminished since my last visit It's possible the inventory is limited due to the economy, but I'm not exactly sure because I visited a couple other furniture stores after this one, and felt they were all carrying similar items. I highly recommend the interaction that I had at the store I didn't feel rushed and I was able to get all the questions answered when I went back in throughout waiting for my couch I was given updates and they kept apologizing for the delay and shipment which was because of covid. The delivery man were very competent polite and business like. They made sure that my couch worked as designed before leaving. My only complaint is that no one called afterwards to see if everything was all right.

After multiple calls to their customer service, with conflicting information as to what happened, American Signature Furniture agreed to cancel the order for the dining set and refund my card within 5-7 business days. After two weeks I had still not received a refund and had to resolve the issue by disputing the credit card charge with Visa. As to the sectional, there was a seven week delay from order until delivery. Half of the sofa was delivered and then American Signature Furniture rescheduled delivery for the rest of the sectional at least four times over the course of two weeks. In summary, American Signature Furniture charges premium prices for long lead times on furniture that won't be delivered on time, if at all. I'd avoid this company entirely.

Review: Sears Service / American Freight Insurance Policy…read more Extremely disappointed with the handling of what should have been a simple washer repair covered under my American Freight protection plan. At the two-year maintenance mark, a technician identified that the door gasket was failing -- even though we'd had no issues. He said he'd order the part but couldn't install it that day. I later contacted Sears and the insurance provider to schedule the repair. At that point, neither company seemed to know what part was needed -- despite the technician's initial diagnosis. Soon after, the washer started leaking, and I called again to explain that it was clearly the bottom door gasket. A second visit was scheduled for 7/18, with a promise of a one-hour heads-up call -- especially important since their arrival window spans nine hours. I received no advance call. Instead, the technician rang the doorbell unannounced, and I told him (from my motorcycle) that I'd be right back. My 14-year-old daughter answered the door in the meantime, and the technician entered my home without my permission, proceeded with the inspection alone with my children inside (including my 5-year-old son), and took photos -- all before I returned. When I came in, I was shocked to find him casually explaining he'd inspected the machine and would be ordering the part -- again. This is the same technician who visited before and had already identified the part that needed replacement. The fact that he came unprepared, unannounced, and entered my home without consent is completely unacceptable. As a father, this was deeply uncomfortable. I had to ask him to leave my home. Since then, I've spent over three hours on the phone trying to report this situation through the proper channels. I am beyond frustrated and waiting to see if this will be handled appropriately. "To be determined," but I felt this experience deserved to be documented now. This was not the product originally having issues! I feel it was ripped off possibly at this point. No proof but seems odd. Likes to ride and not work on things imo.
