I was a…read morebit hesitant to start her off so early at 3 years old, but I was more concerned about developing her social skills so I started looking for schools. We've seen several great preschools in Paranaque and in Makati but this is really the one where we felt that it was a perfect match. First off, they had one of the longest trial classes. They offered it for a whole week and gave it another 2-week extension. In that time, my daughter go to know the teachers really well and started forming a bond with some of her "classmates". Second, the teachers are really caring. I sat in during the last day of her trial class and saw how responsive the head teacher was. They have a low student to teacher ratio 1:7 which is really ideal for kids this young. Third, I love that it's a real international school. They've had their preschool in the US for 10 years and have been voted as the best in the state. They've even started expanding to two other states. The Philippines is their first international location. Finally, they have a supplemental Headstart program to prepare the students for the start of the school year. The tuition fee is affordable for all that it offers. While they are relatively new here, their methods are already tried and tested. I recommend them for any parent with preschool-aged kids.

We looked around at other places and this is the ONLY place that I could imagine/picture most kids spending most of their day at... kids will feel right at home. You should try to set up an appointment and see how that they have the nicest teachers. Teacher Donna and Tin were excellent. very good with the kids. they also have an assistant name V. Kids call her Mama V. they love her.

We had many different classes from physical education, to maths, to reading, and even (back then) Christian Living Education or CLE. It was a very small community and we would have lovely little presentations, mini olympics, and other activities that would bring together the parents and children. They have a quaint campus with modern amenities and it is located inside Ayala Alabang Village, which is a gated and safe community. I remember very well making lots of friends and doing many activities like pottery, sports, sewing, cooking demos, kumon, and many others. It was a great experience for me and the quality to education was very high. My older cousin who would take me to school before told me I was always excited to go to school and that when it was time to go home, I didn't want to go home unless all my friends were leaving too (I guess I was afraid to miss out on the fun!). Overall a cool experience and most definitely memorable!
