Dreadful in a word and will never visit again. A group of us visited on a busy half term day (to be expected during half term) however the staff weren't prepared at all. We ordered food weren't advised of the long wait and then waited 2 hours. After chasing the food up several times each time to be told it was on its way it eventually arrived but they had no cutlery to accompany it so the wait continued. When we complained to the manager he was totally rude, aggressive and told us to leave, his attitude was a disgrace and he kept looking over at us whilst we finished the food we had waited hours for as if to intimidate us because we had dared to complain about the appalling service if you can call it that that we had received. Never again will we go to what can only be decried as a badly run establishment with an awful manager in place. read more

Funsters is an excellent soft play warehouse. I take my son there and he has been going there since he was about 6 months old. They have an Under Three section which is far superior to any other soft-play place we have been to. There is so much for little ones to do - cars, swings, a ball pool, a slide, actual soft play and that is only the baby part. Lovely cafe, friendly staff, a great afternoon out. read more
