First of, I have been going to Ultas for quite some time now to get my eyebrows done so I know the process and steps they take to do ones eyebrows. This young girl didn't do the 'eyebrow marking', where they draw on your eyebrows and show you how they will look once the waxing, plucking and trimming is done. Show you the shape they can give you before they do any damage. I figured she was certified, a pro and knew what she was doing, boy was I wrong. I specifically told her I like my eyebrows thick, natural looking and just needed a cleaning with a trim. She did the complete opposite! My eyebrows are extremely thin, no arch, and one is way shorter than the other (right side). She over plucked the right eyebrow and its extremely obvious! I am so disappointed in this Ulta along with the one in Saginaw (they did the same thing). If you are looking for an experienced eyebrow technician go to the Southlake Ulta, the girls there are amazing. Sadly I will have to let my eyebrows grow out AGAIN, for another month or so and drive an hour out to Southlake so I can get them done the way I requested. Such a waste of money too.

We'd driven in four hours to get our hair done and we are both very upset.
