The machines are very well maintained, and dare I say it - super clean for most arcades I've been to. Truly, everything there was cared for in a really meaningful way, including the screens, old decals, buttons, and more. It makes me so happy knowing that the people tending to these cabinets are doing so with preservation - and use! - in mind. With the price point being so reasonable and a ton of options to choose from, this is a great place to spend time with friends or family.

There are so many fun games here. They have pinball, rhythm games, old school fighting games and physical games like the mario sonic olympics. Crazy how "heavy" the older pinball machines games feel, like Pirates of the Carribean. I was having a blast with the X-men and Deadpool machines though. This is not a typical…read morewalk-through haunted house where you get people jumping out of you every few if you eat from a dark corner this is actually immersive where you become part of the story and the actors may interact with you, ask you to do things even touch you in a non-threatening way, but really to heighten your experience in the storytelling to make you a real character in the show it takes about 15 minutes to walk through and I highly recommend it. We drove in from Anaheim and it was worth the drive even with traffic.

Miracle on Main Street is an annual tradition in downtown. Going strong on their 12th year this was…read moreour first time discovering the happy find. A community event for families to enjoy festivities in December. Food vendors, goodie bags and giveaways for all the kids in attendance. The stage is where they'll get to meet with Santa along with great photo op. The line formed down the sidewalk with kids ready to share their Christmas wishes. Right in front of the convention center was a snow slope. This was a popular station to slide down with sleds on a sunny California winter day. A few Christmas themed sports cars were on display along with step and repeat signage and life size Barbie boxes to step into and strike a pose. DJ kept the vibes resonating down Main Street. Limited parking available in front of the convention center or surrounding sidewalks. There is also a parking structure next to the food lab just a block away or valet through the mission inn.
